The sauce mix

Brown ground beef. Check.

Stir in 1 1/2 cup of water and 1 3/4 cups of 2% milk. Check.

Heat to boil, then stir in pasta. Check.

Wait! Did I forget a step?

I forgot to stir in the sauce mix. Son-of-a-biscuit!

Scalded milk particles peppered over the ground beef.  I realized my mistake and quickly poured in the powered sauce mix and stirred.

My action probably would have received the disapproval from my wife, but, hey, she's not here and won't know about it since she doesn't read my entries.  Bwahaha!
